Rebecca is a self taught multi disciplinary artist, using the medium of photography to develop her practice.
Her most recent exhibited work was part of the East Meets West exhibition at the Format Festival in Derby in 2025 and the Prism 'Belonging’ exhibition at the Midlands Arts Centre. Also her work was part of (RETURN) TO THE SEA – a year-long exhibition showcasing the work of over 150 photographers from around the world in Worthing UK.
Her ongoing project is concentrated around self-portraits of her perimenopausal journey. Whilst stitching into her photography, which leans into the lineage of sewing and stitching in her family. She is also creating a photographic record of the Stuart Hall archive project and creating an archive of an archive project..
Previous projects within Rebecca's practice have involved sporting events such as the London Paralympics in 2012 and the European wheelchair basketball championships in 2015.
Rebecca's previous work has featured as part of the ReFramed Network's publication 'The Travelling World Is Not Arriving' and included in the Format Festival 2021 online. Rebecca was also part of the UKBFTOG Living The Dream exhibition at the FUJIFILM House of Photography, London in 2023.
