YiAnn Kok
YiAnn Kok is an engagement artist and creative facilitator, working with schools and community groups to bridge the gap between the Arts, Education and Healthcare.
Since graduating from Newman University with First Class Honours in Drama and Education (BA Hons), she has built a breadth of experience drawing on a range of modalities including applied drama/theatre in education, puppetry and dance to facilitate creative learning through engagement projects with: CADLab/James Brindley School (funded by BBC Children in Need), Birmingham Royal Ballet LEAP Team, Midland Actors Theatre, Black Country Dance Hub, Aesop/Dance to Health, InterACTION/Sense Charity, Mercurial Dance Company and more.
She believes strongly in the power of the arts and creativity in unlocking one's learning potential at any age through fostering constructive learning environments and collaborative relationships. When not at work, she is most likely found in a yoga or dance studio, or looking for steep rock to climb outdoors.
YiAnn has been working on our Tower Ballroom Project Activity Pack. Check it out here : Activity Pack
